A few quick things to help you get to know us better!
Why should I use your services?
1). Our team is dedicated and right here! We’ve found that when walkers are happy and not over extended, our client’s are happy. Our walkers are required to live in their service areas, thus limiting their travel, ensuring they are punctual, and have more time with your pup. They can also be available for short notice requests.
2). You are assigned one walker and only Jennifer will serve as your trusted back up.
3). We utilize Precise Pet Care — a powerful and efficient portal that enables you to interact with our team, schedule your services, keep track of your pet’s needs. It also allows walkers to GPS check in/out of their walks and provides reports sent after their visits. Our clients just love it!
4). We provde a great and informative monthly newsletter. Learn fun facts, pet care and community info, and enjoy learning about fellow Run and Play clients.
