I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer, her employees, and Run and Play. When I first moved back to the DC area few years ago, I tried multiple dog walkers and had some nightmarish experiences. Then I found Jennifer. She is absolutely wonderful! She is kind, conscientious, intuitive, an excellent communicator, and exactly the kind of person you’d want taking care of your pup. Jennifer hires awesome employees as well, and over our four or so years with her, Pippa was walked by them, and even boarded with Jai Hui. Jennifer takes her business seriously, and always takes time to vet these people, get them situated with your pup and is great about introducing them to you as well. Handing over your house keys and your pup to someone can be difficult, but I always felt extremely confident and comfortable with Jennifer and her employees. I knew Pippa was in excellent hands. I was heartbroken to move out of the area, and therefore out of Run and Play’s range. I honestly thought twice about moving, knowing I would lose Run and Play! It’s taken a long time to find a new walker that I’m comfortable with, which has made me appreciate Jennifer even more! She is phenomenal.
